Hi I'm Richard and I've been involved with manufacturing trailers all my life. 

I started with my Dad about 30 years ago.  We built, repaired and restored all kinds of trailers - big, small, boat, box you name it.  It was fun times.  In the 90's I started designing trailers, selling them to happy customers all over New Zealand.  Loving trailers so much, in 2019 I purchased the Ultra Trailers business.

I know what it takes to design, build and develop strong trailers for New Zealand conditions.  I firmly believe at Ultra Trailers we offer great trailers for a great price.  I'd be happy to talk about your specific trailer needs anytime.

Repairing, restoring, building boats & trailers has been a major part of my life. I love giving new life to old things.  Here is one of our early designs that we made in the 1990’s.

 

 

We all have that trailer that has been around for many years and becomes like a family member.  We made this in 2000 and here it is still working for us to this day … 20 years later.
