Recently purchased the 575 Single Axle Boat Trailer from Ultra Trailers. Sarah and the Team were absolutely amazing to deal with. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very accommodating, particularly given the fact that Auckland was in the grip of Alert Level 3. Happy to allow a hassle free and socially distanced viewing of the trailer beforehand. Once the boat had been swapped over the Team were more than happy to make the final tweaks and adjustments to the rollers etc to get the boat sitting absolutely perfectly. There are cheaper options available out there but I doubt they would compare with the build quality and service provided by Sarah and the Team.

Ultra Trailers were really easy to deal with. The guys are knowledgeable and handled my boat changeover to the new trailer with care. Sarah in the office handled everything for the paperwork so all I had to do was turn up on the day with my old trailer and it was done. I love the new trailer, it has more rollers than my old one, and handles very nicely. I totally recommend Ultra Trailers, they gave me top service.

Richard was amazing, offered me a new trailer within 2 weeks, he offered to bring our trailer from factory in Silverdale to Ardmore to shorten our trip as we are from Waihi Beach. Awesome customer service, bought a cage and arranged delivery and they even went out of there way to travel 20-30min one way to drop off for me. Awesome product. Awesome service and top quality trailers 👍🏼 I looked around for a trailer for my boat and ultra trailers had really competitive prices and after talking with Richard it was an easy choice as he was super knowledgeable and able to set me up with the right size for my boat. I needed some custom fitting once the boat was on and they were able to do it for me.

After ringing round a large number of trailer companies and engineering supply companies, all of whom wanted to supply me the wrong sized part ( I was looking for U bolts) one phone call to Ultra Trailers and they had the right sized bolts couriered to me the next day. Excellent service!!!!

Richard and his team's response to our old boat trailer's "painful" WOF inspection failures was exemplary. Within 3 days our boat was delivered on its new sturdy trailer. And, we didn't even need to leave home to get it sorted out. The next day we headed on our planned fishing holiday. Simply a great product and brilliant service package.

After looking for my replacement tandem boat trailer, I decided on an Ultra Trailer. The price difference between the ultra and a lesser engineered trailer was negligible. I have found the trailer tows better than my last trailer that was near double the price. Setting the trailer up for my boat was a pretty easy process. Staff and the service from Ultra trailers was outstanding. Highly recommended.
